Prenatal Yoga

A space to move, slow down, and feel supported—just as you are

A moment for you—and your baby

Pregnancy can be beautiful. It can also feel intense, uncomfortable, or just… a lot.
This class offers a space to pause. To move a little. To breathe.

And to be with whatever you’re feeling—without needing to change it. You don’t need to come in feeling good or flexible. You don’t have to keep up or get anything “right.” Just being here is enough.

What we do in class

The movements are gentle, slow, and adapted to support your body as it changes. We work with breath, posture, and simple stretches that can help with discomfort—especially in the back, hips, and legs.

You’ll find:

  • Positions that feel good and safe
  • Breathing that helps you calm down or reconnect
  • Awareness of the pelvic floor (without pressure or expectation)
  • Time to rest at the end—because you probably need it

There’s always space to ask, to skip, or to just be still. You decide what feels right each time.

Beyond the physical

This class isn’t just about getting ready for birth. It’s really just a chance to slow down.
A quiet break from all the changes and craziness happening in your body and mind.
A time to move gently, breathe easy, and just be with yourself—no pressure, no expectations.

For a lot of people, it’s the only moment in the week where they don’t have to worry about anything else.
And honestly, that’s often what makes all the difference.

This class might be right for you if...

  • You’re pregnant and want to move in a way that feels gentle
  • Your body’s feeling tight or sore
  • You’re tired of pushing through
  • You want a quiet hour to breathe and stretch without anyone expecting anything from you

Take the pressure off

This is not a class where you have to be glowing or calm. You don’t need the perfect attitude, outfit, or mindset. You just need a space that holds you—and we’ve got that covered.
