Vinyasa Yoga

A fluid evening practice to release, reset, and return to balance

Unwind through movement

This class is designed to help you land at the end of your day—with breath, with presence, and with space to release what you’ve been carrying. Vinyasa is a flowing practice where movement and breath go hand in hand. The postures are linked together in sequences that feel like a moving meditation—sometimes energizing, sometimes soft, always intentional.

It’s not about performance or intensity. It’s about presence in transition. How you move from one shape to another. How you breathe through challenge. How you listen to what your body needs right now.

What to expect in class

We begin with a few quiet moments to arrive. Then we build heat gradually through sun salutations and standing sequences, supported by steady breath and clear cues. Each class blends strength and mobility, weaving familiar shapes into creative sequences that change week to week.

Expect a balance of:

  • Grounding and energizing flows
  • Breathwork to settle the nervous system
  • Dynamic transitions with time to explore
  • Seated or reclined stretches toward the end
  • Final rest (Savasana) to close with stillness

Every session is guided with attention and care, and there are always options to adapt based on how you’re feeling.

Some days you flow with grace. Others, you just move and breathe. Both are valid.

Why Vinyasa in the evening?

After a long day—especially one filled with screens, sitting, or stress—your body and mind need movement that releases, not adds tension.

This class helps shift the energy of the day. You move. You sweat a little. You reconnect. And you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

This practice is for you if...

  • You want to release physical or mental tension at the end of the day
  • You enjoy movement guided by breath
  • You’re looking to build strength without losing softness
  • You want to be present with your body without judgment
  • You need a moving practice that clears the mind and grounds the emotions

You don’t need to be flexible or advanced. Just open to moving with curiosity and presence.
